Finn Balor suffers a concussion on RAW
The inaugural Universal Champion, Finn Balor dislocated his shoulder during his match against Seth Rollins last year. Balor had to spend a considerable amount of time on the sidelines, and returned to Monday Night RAW last week. ‘The Demon King’ helped Seth Rollins fend off Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe, and this week, he was involved in a singles match.
Finn faced Jinder Mahal, and during the bout, Finn received a stiff forearm to the head. The former Universal Champion looked dazed, but was able to finish the match. It is now being reported that Balor suffered a concussion during the bout, and will be unable to compete indefinitely.
The way Finn's body flails around and how he hits, plus the mat burn on his forehead/nose afterwards, this seems like a legit knock out. pic.twitter.com/acbSdQW7Ij

No update has been provided regarding the timeline of his absence, as Finn faces yet another spell on the sidelines. The former NXT Champion underwent a shoulder surgery last year, and had to miss WrestleMania 33.
It was also reported that WWE wanted to continue Finn’s push. However, with Balor now being sidelined, it will be interesting to see what WWE will do going forward.
