Braun Strowman is expected to sit on the sidelines for nearly two months
The injuries seem to be piling up in WWE at the moment. In the past two days alone, WWE Superstars Emma and Ember Moon have suffered injuries. While Moon has been pulled from the NXT TakeOver: Chicago card, WWE hasn’t announced the extent of Emma’s injury.
Braun Strowman reportedly set to undergo a minor procedure
Reportedly, one other major star is set to miss 4 – 8 weeks of action. Braun Strowman, who defeated Roman Reigns at WWE Payback, is reportedly dealing with an elbow injury. While the exact details aren’t known at this point, Strowman is reportedly set to undergo a ‘minor procedure’. This will effectively take him out of action for two months.
This new development will force WWE to change plans for Extreme Rules and Great Balls of Fire Pay Per Views. Braun Strowman, who is currently in the middle of a feud with Roman Reigns, was expected to fight for the Universal title soon. However, WWE now has to go with Plan B, and find a new opponent for Roman Reigns.
Braun has been facing Roman Reigns during the live events in the United Kingdom in Street Fights. However, Strowman was written out of storylines on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW.

WWE played up the ‘torn rotator cuff’ injury suffered by Braun Strowman’s character, and he was in action this week. Strowman was scheduled to face Kalisto, with his arm in a sling. However, Roman Reigns interrupted the proceedings and attacked Braun.
Reigns ended up attacking Strowman’s arm, connecting with multiple chair shots on the steel steps. You can see the video of Roman attacking Braun below.
Braun Strowman is expected to be out for two months, and WWE is expected to announce Braun’s injury soon. Stay tuned for further updates.
